No-Bake Layered Oreo Cheesecake

A stunning two-toned Oreo Cheesecake that requires absolutely no baking. Creamy, smooth, and perfectly sweet with a crunchy cookie crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Oreo cookies crushed into crumbs
  • 55 g Unsalted butter melted
  • 300 g Cream cheese room temperature
  • 45 g Granulated sugar
  • 70 g Hot milk
  • 12 g Gelatin sheets soaked
  • 180 g Heavy cream liquid
  • 30 g Oreo crumbs for mixing
  • 4 Whole Oreos for topping

Method
 

  1. Crust: Mix 100g Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Press into the mold. Freeze for 15 mins.
  2. Base: Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Gelatin: Dissolve soaked gelatin in hot milk. Add to cream cheese mixture.
  4. Batter: Add heavy cream and mix until smooth. Divide batter into 2 parts.
  5. Layer 1: Pour the first half into the mold (White layer). Freeze for 15 mins to set.
  6. Layer 2: Mix 30g Oreo crumbs into the second half. Pour over the first layer.
  7. Chill: Top with whole Oreos. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
