Crust: Mix 100g Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Press into the mold. Freeze for 15 mins.
Base: Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Gelatin: Dissolve soaked gelatin in hot milk. Add to cream cheese mixture.
Batter: Add heavy cream and mix until smooth. Divide batter into 2 parts.
Layer 1: Pour the first half into the mold (White layer). Freeze for 15 mins to set.
Layer 2: Mix 30g Oreo crumbs into the second half. Pour over the first layer.
Chill: Top with whole Oreos. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
